Brigitte Walker is a versatile facilitator with a social work background, excels in understanding and uplifting people and cultures, ensuring inclusivity for all voices in the room.
Brigitte has vast experience bot in paid and volunteer roles in education, housing, rehabilitation and various local sporting associations.

Shannon Walker
Shannon Walker specialises in mental health and wellbeing. She encourages critical reflection, empowering clients to embrace strengths and enhance professional and personal satisfaction.
Shannon offers perspective and experience in disability and inclusion, strengths-based team development and supporting tricky behaviour.

Catch & Echo was founded out of a deep and genuine desire to have the opportunity to always do work where people come first. After decades of working at all levels of the public, private and not-for profit sectors they so often felt they were only able to provide band-aid solutions as they were hamstrung by the beaurocracy limiting genuine cultural change and long-term improvement.
We are honoured to be in a position to be able to make autonomous decisions with clients who are seeking a thriving workplace with colleagues who feel valued and cared for.
